Summers in Slovenia are warm and long, gardens will need attention almost weekly, we will provide you with a management package that will suit your property and land type. Winters are cold and we will make sure your property is properly made ready for winter and taken care throughout the period, ensuring pipes will not freeze and the house is aired regularly throughout the year. Each property is unique and a specific pakage will be designed around the needs of the property and the needs of you the client.
Renting – What we can help you with…
Prepare your property for renting. We will ensure your property is correctly set up to meet legal requirements for renting in Slovenia. We will advise on what you need to include within the property, what paperwork you must have in place on an ongoing basis to meet the requirements. We will in conjunction with our accountants advise on all aspects of tax relating to the property. It is extremely important that this stage is completed properly or they may be issues and problems further down the line.

We will advertise your property on our Holiday Accommodation section on this site, we will also advertise locally as well as making use of the various networks we belong to in Slovenia. We will market your property in all areas we feel are appropriate and that will produce the desired results to maximise rental periods. We will also use targeted marketing to attempt to fill the less popular times of the year.
