Financing your property
The Overseas Buyer's mortgage, We have now negotiated for our customers, with Sberbank for overseas buyers to take out 50% mortgages and on a case by case basis maybe slightly higher (depending on customer credit worthiness and type/location of the property). The mortgage is secured on your property here. For more information please contact us and we will put you in touch with the right person at the bank.
The Bank will only lend if your primary income is earned in Euros, so for residents and earners in the UK this will unfortunately exclude you.
Please remember your home or foreign property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. We recommend you consult your financial and legal advisors before entering into any mortgage contract.
