This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River.

The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed.

Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ.

The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities.

The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6.

Wifi and a smart TV.

Other things to note

This property is registered for 6 guests maximum, including infants. Please ensure you do not exceed this number before making a reservation.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is open the whole year. The access road to the house, once you leave the main road, starts with a gentle incline and then there is a steep rise which means it is not suitable for low sports cars. In Winter the access road will be cleared of snow and gritted however, cars should be fitted with winter tires and have snow chains available. If you are unable, or do not wish, to reach the house by car in Winter, you will need to park at the start of the access road and walk 300m up to the house.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"Great house, everything new, very clean, fully and well equipped to live, with wonderful 360 degree mountain views. Huge garden and nature around, with all terrace equipment. Even better than photos. Just a 2min walk to magnificent Soča river and Soča trail. Secluded place but only 5min drive from restaurants and small markets, 20min drive to Bovec. Very calm during the night to sleep. Very reactive agency. Only small negative for us was motorcycle noise sometimes during the day for baby nap. Otherwise a very calm place. Further to the recent News we posted on “Ljubljana Sells Best” we wanted to provide more information on Ljubljana real estate. The sales are nearly always apartments and always in the centre of town. The demand from foreign buyers for houses in Ljubljana is low as they want to be located very centrally and this means apartments.
