This is a gorgeous newly renovated cottage in the hills and meadows close to Kranjska Gora.

The views to the mountains are superb and and quiet is magical up here, the house has a stream running through the property and offers a great outdoor area sofa and dining table.

Two beautiful bedrooms, the one on the top floor has air conditioning. The Ground floor bedroom has direct access to the garden and also has a fireplace for winter nights.

…Well equipped country style kitchen and a full bathroom with an additional WC.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"A fabulous property in an absolutely stunning location with views overlooking the Julian Alps. We have had an amazing 2 week stay in this extremely comfortable and very well equipped house, which has been renovated to an excellent standard and furnished with great taste. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything required and the house is clearly cleaned to a very high specification. It was extremely hot during our stay so the air-con in the top bedroom was most welcome. The outside living area is perfect for dining and for relaxing in this very picturesque hamlet. The location is very convenient, 20 mins to the motorway and easy to access Ljubljana, Bled, Bohinj, Postojna Caves etc and Kranska Gora (shops, restaurants etc) is only 10 mins away, as is Lake Jesna (a beautiful spot for a refreshing swim) and access to dedicated cycling routes. "Wir verbrachten unsere Urlaubszeit zu viert in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Häuschen in den Bergen. Das Haus war vollumfänglich ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig - alles total entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen. Der Pass zum Haus ist recht schmal (einspurig), daher ist Vorsicht beim Befahren geboten (Serpentinen), allerdings unproblematisch mit PkW. Dafür gibt es bei Ankunft am Haus ein beeindruckendes Bergpanorama auf die Martuljek-Gruppe zu bestaunen. Als Startpunkt für diverse Wanderungen in die Umgebung, Ausflug nach Ljubljana oder Tagestour in den Süden sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen." (5 out of 5 )

Bring your slippers or wool socks to walk on beautifully refurbished hardwood floor. Convenient location allowed us to visit and ski in Kranjska Gora, take a trip to Bled and Bohinj Lake, as well as to use slopes in Nassfeld, Austria. Beautiful surroundings, with Bled, Ljubljana, Lake Bohinj and Triglav National Park easily reachable by car – a week was not nearly enough so we will definitely come back. The house itself felt right at home: clean, spacious, with a large terrace for breakfast and everything we needed inside.     Further to the recent News we posted on “Ljubljana Sells Best” we wanted to provide more information on Ljubljana real estate.
