A traditional cottage in a very peaceful, gorgeous location close to Lake Bled.

Three beautiful bedrooms with high quality linens, two bathrooms, one with luxurious large bath.

Lovely outdoor patio area with BBQ for dining or relaxing

The location is wonderful set up on a hill away from the road with lovely views across the trees and meadows, there is a lovely local restaurant just 100m away and fantastic hiking from the front door.

Bled is just 13 mins and Pokljuka for fantastic biking and hiking is just 7 mins away.

Parking for 1 car on site and options for a second car if needed at an additional parking area 650m away.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

 

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"Great location with pleasant views over countryside, with mountains in the distance. Quiet location away from the crowds but close enough to drive to Bled and Triglav park. There are hiking trails nearby. This is a very well equipped property. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Very comfortable for four adults in 3 rooms and very clean. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and also warned us in advance of road closures due to cycle race which was thoughtful of them. The parking can easily accomodate a medium car but with a large car or van it could be difficult to turn around at the end of the track." (5 out of 5 )

"Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Easy to access lake Bled and good for day trips to Bohinj lake and the caves. The house itself is decorated in a modern, warm style - it was very comfortable and also functional. Supplies of washing and dishwasher detergent were appreciated! Dog walks in the woods around the house were a highlight - once I’d figured out where to walk. The restaurant at the bottom of the hill (5 mins) was one of our favourites from the trip. Thank you. "This lovely house on the mountain was perfect for us ( family with three kids and a dog). The area was beautiful and quiet, the house well equipped. Unfortunately we didn’t use the nice grill facilities in the small garden instead we fired up the inside fireplace in the evenings because of the weather. So all together we enjoyed it a lot. "Die Gastgeber haben trotz Feiertags Stress sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wegbeschreibung ist zutreffen, auch wenn die Auffahrt etwas abenteuerlich ist. Das Haus ist wunderbar und wird im Winter auf mit dem Holzofen schön warm. Alles entspricht den Bildern, auch wenn es natürlich etwas weniger geräumig ist wie auf den Fotos. "Mit unserer 5-köpfige Familie und Hund haben wir 5 Nächte in dem Haus verbracht. Wir hatten das Haus ausgesucht, weil es sehr nahe am Bleder See lag und doch genug Abstand hatte, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Tatsächlich war es optimal, denn gleich vor der Tür konnten wir schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen und gleichzeitig erreichten wir schnell mit dem Auto den See oder andere Ausflugsziele. Das Haus war sehr komfortabel und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Dies haben wir umso mehr wertgeschätzt, als es am Ende sehr stark regnete und wir viel Zeit gemütlich im Haus verbrachten.
