The house has with solid wood floors and Natural Stone. Offering Three bedrooms (2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and 1 twin) with one bedroom ensuite with large shower. Second bathroom has bath and shower.
Large fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room and second living/TV room. One further WC on the ground floor.
Lovely outside terrace with sofas, dining table and chairs. Built in BBQ and parking for 2 cars.
The house is located next to the River and has a deck that comes with the house that is built on the river bank. The road is a no through road so no cars.
Within easy walking distance of the Lake and many cycle paths.
Shops and restaurants close by as well as all the activities Bohinj has to offer.
Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"Beautiful house in a quiet area. All the family enjoyed our stay ( good wifi for the 3 teens) The house was in a good location within an easy walk to Lake Bohinj, tourist info and food shops. Very well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms & the most comfortable beds & quality linen. We enjoyed the outdoor space for morning coffee & the platform by the riverwas a blissful quiet spot to read! .I would highly reccomend as it made a perfect base for exploring the area. "We had a great time. We were are group of four and had enough space in the house. The house was as described and we found everything we needed for our stay. Especially the kitchen was well equipped and super clean. In our opinion, the mattresses of the beds were quite hard. The communication was great. We had a brief problem with the internet and it was solved very quickly. The location of the house is also good. You can start many hiking trails from the house." (5 out of 5 )

"We enjoyed walking down the hill to Lake Bohinj and up the hill to Stara for the market. The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms are plenty. The kitchen, dining room, living room and den are all fantastic. There is an outside patio for cooking and gathering as well as a beautiful deck across the small road at the river. Fantastic way to enjoy the Bohinj area." (5.0 out of 5 )
