The house was originally renovated to a high standard a few years ago and we have then finalized and furnished two additional bedrooms.

Built over three floors, on the ground floor there is a large en-suite bedroom with large bed and superb bathroom. There is also a small kitchenette/bar here.

The First floor has a large kitchen and dining area, with Rayburn stove and all other necessary appliances. Please note Rayburn Oven is wood fired (we supply wood). Lovely oak dining table and chairs.

Two further bedrooms, one is very large with wooden ceilings. Bathroom on this floor with shower.

The top floor is air-conditioned with a superb living room and master bedroom, with direct access to the rear garden terrace.

There is a lower terrace area for eating out and a wood fired hot tub.

**Please note that the hot tub is not available between October and April (inclusive).

A superb mountain location.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after that.

We used the BBQ and hot tub. There are great views and lots to do in the area. We went hiking in Slovenia and Italy, hired bikes and went rafting. Cooled off in the local lake.
