The house provides a beautiful house just 200 metres to the Lake shore. 50 metres from the local supermarket and restaurant etc.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one has ensuite WC. Lovely open plan ground floor with dining area and kitchen with a raised living area, two way fireplace visible from the Living & dining areas.
Air conditioning on the top floor.
2 full bathrooms, one with bath & Shower and one with just shower.
Fantastic shaded wooden deck area with built in BBQ and sink.
Front & rear garden.
*The spruce trees in the garden have been removed for safety reasons.
Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"Das Ferienhaus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten am und um den Bohinj-See. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und charmant eingerichtet. Informationen vom Gastgeber kamen früh und ausführlich. Alles Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ausflüge ins Soca Tal sind möglich, aber man benötigt etwas über 2 Stunden Fahrt - die sich aber definitiv lohnen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist eine Wanderung in die Korita Mostnice (3€ Eintritt nicht vergessen). Die fahrt auf den Vogel kann man sich dagegen sparen. Als Wandergebiet ist es nicht attraktiv. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!" (5 out of 5 )

"Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Alle Natursehenswürdigkeiten im Triglav-Nationalpark und darüber hinaus (Postojna-Tropfsteinhöhlen, Triest, Ljubljana...) sind schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die lokale Infratstruktur (Supermarkt, Restaurants) ist ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder." (5 out of 5 )

"Perfect place to stay when you want to explore the Bled and Bohinj area! The Bohinj lake is right outside the cottage and there are restaurants in walking distance. Lake Bled is only 30 minutes away. The place is nice, well equipped and very comfortable to stay with friends or family. Definitely recommend!" (5.0 out of 5 )

"Das Haus war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer hatten eine völlig ausreichende Größe. Der Garten wirkte gepflegt, ebenso die Möbel im Haus und im Garten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die erstklassige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort. "It was a nice stay at Ribcev Laz. The house is near a couple of bars and restaurants right at Bohinj Lake. We had a really nice stay for a week. The house was big enough for me, my husband and daughter (10y) + our 2 adult friends. Both of the bathrooms are small but practical and it is really nice that there were 2 bathrooms. In one of de big bedrooms is also an extra toilet (so 3 toilets in total!!). The terrace is a nice place to sit in the shade under the trees! Overall a really nice stay!!" (5.0 out of 5 )

"The cabin is situated in a perfect location close to the lake and restaurants. Very peaceful. It has everything you need should you wish to cook/bbq. The only thing I would like to point out - all bedrooms are upstairs. However only 1 has an ensuite toilet. Both bathrooms are downstairs. We would definately stay here again." (5.0 out of 5 )
