The Estate stretches out above the towns of Ajdovscina and Vipava. All together there is approx. 24 hectares of land. 8 hectares are meadows and the rest is forest.
There are three houses. Two, which are older from 1800 and 1850. The first one built in 1800 has approx. 70 sqm and was partially renovated. The second one, built in 1850, has 145 smq. It has been renovated in 1997. The new one, built in 2013, is a barn with 215 sqm.
