The barn is currently a studio area used for Yoga, art production or writing. It is secluded and 50 meters away, from the other two houses, has electricity and stunning views. Below is an old fashioned stable, built into a rock with perfect constant temperature for storing wine or cheese.
Further along is 100 m2 vegetable garden, newly fenced to protect it from the deer but large enough to grow your own produce.
