This is a lovely bright house in the hills of Lendava, deep in Vineyard territory! Three bedrooms, large living room and kitchen as well as lots of ground floor storage.

The House is bright and sunny and has some great views over numerous vineyards and hills.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with large bathroom with corner bath.

The living area and dining area are good sizes, bright with parquet flooring, well equipped kitchen area.

There is a wood fireplace/stove which when is use will heat the entire first floor. There is also underfloor heating in the hallway and bathroom.

The house needs some finishing but the works are quite minor. The house facade has been completely insulated as has the roof. The owners tell us it is a very energy efficient house using very little in the way of energy to heat the house in winter.
